  • Experience with information systems, databases and office software, especially MS Office
  • Sound knowledge of all data research methods as well as analyses techniques
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
